Dietitians need to spend time caring for their patients so we have made doing business with Dietitians Choice quick and easy.
The Dietitians Choice business model is simple. We offer high quality nutrition support products at wholesale prices to Dietitians who, in turn, offer those products to their patients at a price they determine. Recommended retails prices are provided that ensure your patients get great value for money and still provide an attractive profit to your practice.
The following is all you need to do to offer Dietitians Choice products to your patients:
- Register:
Dieititians Choice products are only available from qualified Dietitians. You will need to register with Dietitians Choice to be able to order products. Registration is easy and can be done via the phone (1800 806 171) or via our website registration form. Registration will only take a few minutes.
- Set Prices:
Dietitians Choice is provided at attractive wholesale rates. Recommended retail prices are provided on all products. You will determine the prices that you wish to offer Dietitians Choice products to your patients. You will need to register to be able to download our Wholesale Price List. Register here.
- Order Products:
Once you are registered with Dietitians Choice you can order products via Phone, e-mail or fax. We provide you products for your patients in two ways:
- Send to your practice – Dietitians Choice normally sends orders directly to the Dietitians practice. In most cases Dietitians prefer to keep some products on hand so they can provide the product to their patients during a consultation.
- Send directly to your patient – Dietitian’s Choice can also send products to your patients on your behalf. When placing such an order you would simply provide the name and address of your patient. Dietitians Choice will send the order to your patient and will invoice you for the order. You would still charge your patient for the product as well as any consultation services.
- Receive Products:
Dietitians Choice ships your order which, in most cases, will arrive the next business day. We use a courier service for Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra/Brisbane metro area addresses. For non-metro areas we use Australia Post. Dietitians Choice pays shipping for all orders over $75. For orders under $75 a $5 shipping fee is added.
- Billing:
You can either pay at the time of order or can have an invoice issued. If you choose to be invoiced you will receive a statement at the beginning of each month with your outstanding balance. Payments can be made by cheque, money order, credit card or bank transfer.
Dietitians Choice respects your patient’s privacy. We will never contact your patients and will only send products to patients at the request of a Dietitian.
